Wie kann ich ein Block erstellen, der ähnliche Inhalte als Liste anzeigt? Im Block müssten nur Titel von ähnlichen Inhalten angezeigt werden. Danke!

Auf Twitter war ich heute zum ersten Mal. Ich habe mich registriert und ein paar tweets geschrieben. Dann habe ich diese meldung bekommen:

Ich habe nichts schlimmes gemacht. Maximale Followerannzahl waren ca 12 und insgesamt 20 Tweets habe ich geschrieben. Warum hat mich Twitter blockiert?
