Kostenlose Software für Inventarisierung von PCs und Geräte über Netzwerk?

Ohne jeden PC und jedes Gerät anpacken zu müssen, möchte ich über Netzwerk einige Eigenschaften (CPU, RAM, Betriebssystem etc.) vom Gerät auslesen und am besten als eine Tabelle oder Liste abspeichern. Gibt es dafür Freeware oder muss ich auf jeden Fall was bezahlen?
