Hallo, ich habe einen neuen monitor gekauft. Es ist ein 24 Zoll HP ZR2440w mit Pivot usw. Hohenverstellbar ist es auch. Leider hat es ein Pixelfehler. Ich habe mich beim Versandhaus für eine Reklamation gemeldet aber laut Verkäufer ist ein Pixelfehler kein Grund für Austausch. Was soll ich jetzt machen?
