Tips für PC Neukauf?

Ich (63 J.) möchte einen neuen PC kaufen. Brauche keine Spiele, möchte nur einen schnellen Rechner, (Internetanwendungen, der auch Streaming gut bewältigt), hauptsächlich aber für Verwaltungskram.
Ich möchte weiter meine beiden Festplatten möglichst dort einbauen (muss aber nicht unbedingt sein). Er soll USB Sticks und Speicherkarten lesen können. Gedacht hatte ich unter Win 7 an 4GB Arbeitsspeicher, Prozessor Intel aber wie schnell: ??? Und bei der Grafikkarte ebenfalls ???
