Unhöffliche O2 Tradition: Der Chat Dialog wurde durch unseren Mitarbeiter beendet. [003]

Kann mir jemand sagen, warum O2-Support so unhöfflich ist?

In letzten Monaten habe ich mehrmals erlebt, dass die Miasrbeiter am Hotline einfach so auflegen oder Chat session beenden. Das problem bleibt natürlich weiter ungelöst. Man kann nicht mal ordentlich kündigen.
