Word Dokument mit Kennwort schützen

Ich nutze Word 2007 und möchte gerne Word-Dokumente mit einem Kennwort schützen. Wie geht das und wie sicher ist das? Kann man Kennwort knacken?

kannst du die Datei mti einem Password vesehen. Nur aufpassen, dass du das Password nicht vergisst. Zar kann man meistens Kennwörter knacken aber das ist viel Arbeit :)
