Samsung Galaxy S3 Akku Problem

Hallo liebe Gemeinde,

ich habe seit einer Woche ein großes Problem. Ich benutze aktuell ein Samsung Galaxy S3 Smartphone und neuerdings geht mein Akku viel zu schnell leer.

Früher konnte ich 1 Stunde telefonieren und die Akkuleistung ging gerade mal um 5-10% runter. Jetzt verliere ich jede 5. Minute 1% Akkuleistung. Also nach maximal 8 Stunden ist mein Akku komplett leer.

Das gilt aber nur für Fälle wo nichts an ist:
- kein Bluetotth
- keine aktiven Apps
- kein Wlan
- keine Synchronisierung

Problem mit dem Akku aufgetreten TROTZ Netzteil?

Hallo Zusammen,

habe letzte Woche einen gebrauchten Laptop (Win7) bekommen und obwohl ich ihn am Netzteil hab, steht dort "Es ist ein Problem mit dem Akku aufgetreten. Dies führt möglicherweise dazu, dass der Computer plötzlich heruntergefahren wird".
Die Meldung dürfte doch garnicht erscheinen, wenns am Netzteil hängt? Läd auch wirklich nicht mehr
Weiß hier jemand Rat?
